Expanded samples applications for all support Visual Studio versions.
Installer now automatically adds Symbol Factory .NET component to VSToolbox of any supported and installed Visual Studio version.
Binaries now install to C:\Program Files (x86)\Software Toolbox\Symbol Factory .NET\Bin as opposed to a version-specific folder.

Addressed issue with the Cutaway control band animations not updating if changes to band Discrete Animation values were made directly to the Bands Collection vs. through the DiscreteValue1, DiscreteValue2, etc. properties.

Upgraded for use with .NET Framework 2.0 and higher (i.e. 3.0, 3.5, 3.5 SP1). .NET Framework 1.x (Visual Studio 2003) is no longer supported.
Users must be at Version 1.1 Build 452 before upgrading applications to Version 2.0.
The default sequence of applying the Rotate and Flip properties of a symbol has been changed in order to match sequence used in older versions.
