TOP Server Product Support Lifecycle Policy

What is the end-of-life and lifecycle support policy for TOP Server?

We have a written policy for length of Standard Support, Extended Support, and Mature support for TOP Server products.
To request a copy of the policy, please open a ticket using a corporate/work email and provide your full contact details and we will send the policy for your review and discussions. If you have a specific version and need to know what it's status is, please specify that in your support inquiry.
If you need to get clarifications, your support contact may ask to involve a support manager or product manager so that we insure we hear your input and answer your questions from the right level.
 
At this time:
  • TOP Server V4 is and has been end-of-life since 11/2016
  • TOP Server V5 is in mature support which is extremely limited since V6 was released on 11/2016. 
  • TOP Server V6 has versions in Standard, Extended, and Mature support, having been released in 11/2016.
