Error "The Folder Path C: Contains An Invalid Character" when trying to run the TOPServer.exe file

I am getting an error when trying to run the installer for TOP Server.  Error "The Folder Path C: Contains An Invalid Character"

Delete the temporary files available: 
  • Press Window+R icon and open the Run console 
  • Search for '%temp%' into Run console 
  • Delete the temporary files
