User permissions required to run TOP Server

Microsoft standard users must be granted both read and write permissions on Windows OS level to the application data directory and its contents

By default the application data directory is set to in C:\ProgramData\Software Toolbox\TOP Server\<version> unless it was changed during installation

In the permissions settings set the 'Applies To' field to 'This folder, subfolder and files'
Execute permission is not required to run the application
The C:\ProgramData directory might be hidden so it has to be made visible from Windows Explorer options

I am receiving an error shown in pop-up when starting the TOP Server Administration or Configuration: This account does not have permission to run this application. Contact the system administrator.
