If I do not have an active Support and Maintenance Agreement for TOP Server and require a license re-registration due to hardware failure, or other events causing a loss of license, what are my options for recovery?

TOP Server license re-registrations due to hardware failure, or other events causing loss of license, is a service designated for our active Support and Maintenance holders. If you do not have an active Support and Maintenance Agreement, your options are:

  1. Renew/Reinstate your Support and Maintenance Agreement
  2. Convert your license from Perpetual to Subscription
  3. Pay a one-time License Reset Fee
