TOP Server - Authentication Required

TOP Server asks for a username and password when I attempt to access the settings, UA Configuration, or license manager. What username and password should I use?

4161 - AuthRequired

The username and password are specific to TOP Server and is set using the TOP Server User Manager

By default, the username will be administrator.
The password for this username is set during the initial TOP Server installation.
