Error using USRobotics Modem with S7-200

When using a USRobotics Modem and an S7-200 with TOP Server, the modem successfully connects but there is no transmission. When forcing a read, I get the error "HR=80004005." It works when the modem is removed.

This is because the S7-200 protocol is an 11 bit protocol and the USRobotics Modems will only use a 10 bit protocol. See the attached document on using Mutli-Tech Modems with the S7-200 PLCs.
