Maximum Modbus TCP Block Size

In the properties of a TOP Server Modbus TCP device there is a section called block size, which specifies a maximum of 120 holding registers. Is there a way to increase that number? (i.e. to 150 or 180)

This is a Modbus protocol limitation that cannot be changed.
