Setting Deadband Value in TOP Server

A deadband can usually be set in the tag properties of your client application. The deadband allows you to eliminate or reduce noise content in your data by only detecting changes when they exceed the percentage change you have requested. Keep in mind that the percent change is a factor of the data type of a given tag based on the OPC Standard.
