What cable I need to connect a Telemecanique TSX17 With a PC?

Is a special cable needed to connect the TSX17 with a PC?

This particular driver appears to use a regular Serial RS232 cable. If the PLC is on a RS485 network then a RS232/RS485 Converter is required.
