Start OPC Quick Client with Specific Project

Is there any parameter I can pass to command "opcquickclient.exe" to start the OPC Quick Client with a specific project?

The .otc file needs to be in the same folder as the opcquickclient.exe. Passing:

 C:\program files\software toolbox\top server\opcquickclient.exe"<projectname>.otc"

—will open the Quick Client using the specified file.
