OmniServer Hardware Key Licensing Instructions

  1. If not already installed, install OmniServer onto the desired server/computer. Make sure that you are running a version of OmniServer that supports HW key licensing (V3.2.0.3 or newer).

  2. Plug the hardware key into a USB port on the OmniServer server/computer. If this is the first time inserting the hardware key, Windows will install the required hardware-level drivers automatically.

  3. OmniServer will be licensed as long as the hardware key remains plugged into the USB port.

  4. You can confirm that your OmniServer is successfully licensed by opening the OmniServer Configuration.

    1. Go to “Help | Registration Code” – the title bar will read “Hardware License Status: Fully licensed”.

    2. The “Hardware Licensing” section on the right will display the information associated with your hardware key.
