This FAQ is based on the "Minimum" version required for Windows 10 and Server 2012. If you are using an OS that is newer, please also review the current release notes in the table below or view our OS Support - Software Toolbox Product Minimum Versions for Windows 11 / Server 2022 & higher.
All current versions of Software Toolbox products are compatible with Windows 10 and Server 2012 (in addition to more current Windows technology). As such, it is always recommended to use the current versions whenever possible for systems with newer operating systems. We also understand that using the current version is sometimes not possible for a number of reasons. As such, the table below provides a reference to our most popular Software Toolbox products and links to both the current version installer and the minimum version installer that had support for Windows 10 and Server 2012.
NOTE: Software upgrades to a newer version require a current support/maintenance agreement. If your support/maintenance has expired and you need to upgrade, please contact us for a quote to renew support/maintenance. Provide screenshot(s) of the TOP Server License Utility showing the Activation IDs for all affected licenses, which can be attached to the ticket you open at Ask a Question above.

[1]: TOP Server Hardware Key users must review this FAQ as you will need to be running Version 6.7 or higher if you will be loading the software on Windows 10 Build 19041 (2004) and Build 19042 (20H2). All users planning to run on Windows 10 Build 19041 (2004) and Build 19042 (20H2) are strongly encouraged to also update, to prevent issues if a system administrator later adds hardware key support to any affected system covered by the referenced FAQ.
